My Story

I didn’t become a coach because everything in my life was perfect.

I became one because it wasn’t.
 

There was a time when I felt lost between countries, jobs, routines and expectations. I was busy, constantly adapting, constantly starting over — Brazil, Dubai, Ireland, Norway, Thailand, and finally Australia.

And somewhere in the middle of all that moving, I realised I was losing connection with myself.

Training brought that connection back.

It started as a way to feel in control.
Then it became the thing that grounded me.

Eventually, it became the path that changed my life.

Building my physique in my 30s — not my teenage years, not my early 20s — taught me something important:
you don’t need the “perfect moment” to start. You just need the decision.

Competing in Men’s Physique wasn’t about proving anything to anyone.
It was about proving to myself that discipline, structure and self-belief could transform not just a body — but a life.

And that’s why I coach.

Because I know what it feels like to be busy, overwhelmed, unsure, starting from zero, or starting again…
And I also know what it feels like to rise from that.

My mission is simple:
To help you build the strongest, leanest and most confident version of yourself — not by changing your whole life, but by giving you the structure to thrive within it.

If my story shows anything, it’s this:
